The Head of Regeneration will work to ensure that our ambitions can be turned into practical reality.  You’ll be collaborative, empowering and engaging and will really understand what our customers value. 

The successful candidate will have experience of preparing and implementing regeneration strategies ideally gained in a property development or regeneration role.  With strong leadership qualities, you’ll have considerable community and stakeholder engagement experience and a passion for sharing knowledge.  

The role will require visibility and determination along with an open and honest approach.  Commercial and financial acumen is also a must!
