Zachary Daniels is looking to recruit an Account Manager who can join a thriving business and add value as they continue to grow! The successful Account Manager will be working in the landscaping/horticulture/garden centre sector; experience of any of these sectors will be considered! As an Account Manager you will be able to manage an existing database of contacts, be responsible for building strong relationships and can provide advice to clients looking to purchase products and sundries from the company.
The successful Account Manager will be required to have experience of selling into the landscaping/garden centre/horticulture environments. Having a genuine interest in this sector is important, your passion will definitely be an advantage for our client.
This is a multi-faceted Account Manager position; you will be based in our client's head office, but will also be able to meet clients and customers across the UK! This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic and successful company, and to develop their career and skills within the horticultural industry.
Job Responsibilities as our clients new Account Manager
Adopting and growing a base of existing customer accounts
Providing quotes to customers from their initial enquiries
Manage orders accurately to ensure production requirements are met
Visit customers to develop relationships face-to-face
Maintain contact with clients once a quote has been issued, use your sales and negotiation skills to set up an agreement
Work with the Sales Director to follow new leads and generate new business
Researching the market to look for new opportunities to increase sales/build accountsThis is a very important sales role for our client; you will be working closely with the senior management and will be able to add value. We want to speak to candidates who have experience of horticulture sales, garden centre sales or selling into similar business.
