Part Time Production Assistant
Temporary-Permanent
20 Hours per week
Paying GBP8.21 per hour
Adecco Worcester are thrilled to be recruiting for a Production Assistant on behalf of our client based in Kidderminster. Our client is an engineering business experiencing success with a recently launched new product.
Due to growth they are looking for a Part Time Production Assistant to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work 20 hours a week in a long term permanent role.
Duties:
Simple assembling of electrical components.
Quality control; checking part-finished and completed products for defects or imperfection.
Printing postage labels and distributing outgoing products.
Performing stock checks and informing your supervisor if stock or materials are running low.
Assisting in preparations for industry events.
Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as required.Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail; the ability to maintain this during repetitive tasks.
Ability to work alone at times.
Someone who takes pride in their work and holds finishes to high standards.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, dirty production environment (the area you'll be working directly in will be clean).
Someone who is looking for a long term fit.In return our client will offer:
GBP8.21 hourly pay rate.
Part Time Hours of Monday-Friday, 9.30am-1.30pm/10am-2pm (very flexible dependant on the person) - 20 hours per week.
