We are seeking a Maintenance Planner with knowledge of working in the property sector, and ideally within social housing sector.

Your new role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will monitor and coordinate planning team, ensuring work allocated within agreed timescales. Ensure all planning tasks are documented and processes followed. In addition you will be responsible for
Management of effective diary management and communication with the planning team
Monitor the responsive repair and planned workforce diaries.
Ensure adherence to process to ensure compliance with legal processes
Provide analysis of planning data, through reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Assist with any complaints by collating information, speaking to customer and where necessary discussing with Office manager and arrange visits with investigators as appropriate
Identify training and development opportunities for planning team to ensure consistency of service.
