Have you completed a Town Planning degree and seeking exciting opportunities?
Do you hold a full UK driving licence?
Are you able to demonstrate previous planning experience?
We are seeking a Graduate Town Planners to join a mixed use Developer in Southampton.
You will join the existing Town Planning team and will be supported by Senior Planners in your professional development. It is expected that you have completed a Masters in Town Planning or associated degree subject and it would be highly beneficial if you have gained previous private or public sector planning experience. A full UK driving licence is essential to allow you to travel to various sites across Hampshire.
Requirements:
- Attend external planning meetings
- Undertake site appraisals
- Complete planning applications
- Liaise with external parties
The role will allow you to develop your existing experience and further progress your Town Planning career. In addition you shall receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your technical understanding.
