Marketing and Admin Assistant

Based at Impington Sports Centre

Full Time Position – 37 Hours per week

Grade 4  £19,945 - £21,166 pa

MET Living  is a unique and diverse operation which includes sports and leisure, venue hire and community/family learning. As part of the Morris Education Trust, we currently operate across two locations in Impington and Witchford and intend to grow and offer facilities that are welcoming and community-focused where young and old alike can enjoy the benefits of them.

Based at Impington Sports centre this role will support the management team in the key areas of membership retention, social media and marketing campaigns.  You will also become our go-to person for Legend (leisure management software system) ensuring that the system optimises business efficiency and supports the streamlining of our processes.  

We are looking for a colleague to join our team who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in marketing with practical knowledge of social media, web content and brand development
  • Database experience; compiling and analysing financial and statistical data
  • Experience of building positive relationships with customers and prospective members
  • Excellent admin skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • A proactive and creative attitude with exciting ideas to support the work on the management team to continue to develop and promote the services we provide
