Accountant / Bookkeeper – Part Time
Central London (office/home-based)

Accountant / Bookkeeper sought to manage financial affairs of successful HNW PE investor.
 
The role involves: 
 
- Analysis of the investor’s personal and business expenditure (mainly on behalf of his companies)
- Monthly personal expenditure analysis 
- Reconciliation of bank accounts 
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation and support of ITR
- Other ad hoc work as required, e.g. share portfolio monitoring and valuation
 
Requirements

The individual will have:

- Significant experience and long history of performing this sort of work 
- Standout references
- Highly detail-orientated
 
The work should prove interesting and challenging – the investor is a highly entrepreneurial and successful PE/private investor and has significant BTL and share portfolios.   
 
Ideally, the candidate will be within travelling distance of central London, where the entrepreneur is based, and be willing to visit occasionally – however most work can be done remotely.
 
Excellent remuneration and significant flexibility is offered.
 
This role would ideally suit someone semi-retired.
