Adecco have the pleasure of working with an Accounting firm based in Blackpool who are looking for a Personal Accountant.
You will be required to manage customer relationships and understand their needs in order to exceed their expectations and delight them with our service.
Taking ownership for delivering a compliant service that supports the customer's success and increases the number of promoters to our business.
Take ownership of meeting all statutory filing dates of all compliance work associated with your client base and maintain a thorough review process for all work to ensure every client receives accurate information in a timely manner.
Proactively challenge working practices to enable delivery of a service that continuously improves adding value to the customer and the business.
Resolve any complaints and service issues quickly to the satisfaction of the customer ensuring that business is not lost as a result of poor service.
Work with shared services team and others in line with our values to facilitate the consistent delivery of services that meet our commitments to the customer.
Develop self and improve the service you deliver by gaining knowledge through new experiences of complex accounting and tax rules and regulations facilitating personal and company growth.

?? Essential Skills Required (required before taking on Personal Accountant role)
?? Excellent Organisational Skills, including ability to plan ahead
?? Hard Working
?? Positive can-do attitude
?? Good base knowledge of tax and accounting
?? Embrace the concept of working smarter not harder
?? Additional Skills Required (to be developed within your first year of your role)
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Ability to establish long lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients
?? Ability to resolve issues to a satisfactory outcome
?? Ability to take ownership of work, including filing deadlines
?? Excellent advanced knowledge of tax and accounting
Qualifications
?? AAT Qualified (or equivalent) or Qualified by Experience
?? Previous experience of managing a portfolio of clients is desirable
