Lettigns Manager

Lettings Manager wanted for busy independent letting and management agency based in Henleaze Bristol. To be considered for this role you must have minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager level role with a proven track record in winning business through market appraisals.

Applicants must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Key responsibilities:

• Account management (new and existing)

• Market appraisals

• Business development

• Maintenance logging/organisation

• Greeting customers and clients in the office

• Managing team of four

• General office duties

Professional qualifications / experience

• Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard

• Ideally a university-level qualification

• At least three years' experience in property

• At least one year managing a team

• Previous experience working in customer-facing environment
