SEN Learning Support Assistant - Felixstowe

Edustaff are very pleased to be working in partnership with a fully inclusive Primary School in Felixstowe to assist them in recruiting talented and inspirational Learning Support Assistants for this academic year.

***Supportive and innovative place to work
***Confident, resilient, determined and patient personality required
***GBP65 per day (increases are available if extra responsibilities are taken on)
***Perfect experience for graduates looking to train as Educational Psychologists/Speech and Language Therapists in the future

What do you need to be considered......?

- A minimum of a 2:1 degree, ideally in a subject that relates closely to SEN, Psychology, Criminology or Linguistics
- Previous experience working alongside the 4-11 age range (tutoring, mentoring, youthwork, coaching, teaching)
- The ability to remain calm even in challenging situations
- A resilient, positive personality and a 'never-give-up' mentality
- A burning desire to make a positive, life-changing difference to students who may not have had the best start in life
