About the role:

You will be part of a pan European HR team who are driven to provide exceptional support, in order to achieve success for the business and employees. The role will primarily support the management team and employees at our Luton base covering both strategic and reactive HR issues. The kind of areas you are likely to work on include:

+ Supporting the business with setting and achieving strategic objectives
+ Talent management and succession planning
+ Supporting the management team with recruitment
+ Developing and coaching the management team and employees
+ Disciplinaries and grievances
+ European project work
+ Training managers and employees on HR related topics
+ Wellbeing initiatives
+ Improving culture and engagement

About You:

+ Educated to degree level and CIPD qualified
+ At least 3 years' experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a commercial environment
+ Committed to continuously developing yourself
+ Interested in new ways to evolve the HR function and add value to the business
+ Proven track record in successfully managing complex employee relations issues
+ Genuine desire to create a great place to work for employees
+ Confidence in supporting all levels within an organisation, from senior management to employees
+ Excellent influencing and coaching skills
+ Capability to manage conflict effectively
+ Experience in cultural change would be desirable
