We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Officer who wants to actively progress there career as my client will pay for you to complete your CIPD and support you when it comes to career development
As the HR Officer you will be part of an existing team and your role will be a role which will change on a daily basis and offer you the opportunity to grow the role as you get used to the every day challenges, as the HR Officer you will work Monday - Friday working 8.30am - 5pm
As the HR Officer your duties are listed below
Sickness and absence -
Mini projects
Recording, communicating with Line Managers and Payroll
Return to work interviews
Organising absence meetings, taking notes.
Recruitment -
Starters + Working with agencies to select candidates through to interviews Right to work checks
Preparing offer letters
Preparing contract and on boarding paperwork
Working with Payroll when Finance team are away
Employee inductions
Initial investigation interviews, taking notes, working with Managers.
maintaining HR data bases
Filing
GDPR cleansing ensuring compliance
All HR administration

If you are successful as the HR Officer you will receive the following benefits including opportunity to complete your CIPD fully funded, free parking, 28 days, pension and training
As the HR Officer you will also become involved in training, working with the Production Manager and overseeing booking and managing training for employees. Needs to have a good understanding of HR procedures and processes, with an up to date knowledge of employment law.
To be successful as the HR Officer we are looking for you to be enthusiastic, friendly, good at time management to be able to meet deadlines, with an attention to detail essential.
As the HR Officer we are looking for you to be confident with excellent communication together with being approachable and flexible, to enabled building strong interpersonal skills and a good working relationship with both Managers and employees. Proactive with attention to detail being essential. Enthusiastic and friendly with a wiliness to learn and a desire to progress.
