About You
We’re looking for hard-working, driven individuals with previous telephone sales experience – ideally in an outbound calling role. This is not a quick sale environment, so the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients is essential.

As Telesales Advisor, you will be contacting business directors, finding out what their exit strategy is and creating an appetite for them to sell now. You will explain the benefits of why now is a good time to sell, whilst delivering a great client experience throughout.

About the Package
For this Telesales Advisor position, there is on offer:

  • A salary of up to £20,000 (up to £23,000 after successful completion of probationary period)
  • Uncapped commission (OTE of £25-30k)
  • No working weekends or late evenings (Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:30pm / Fri 8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Early Finish Friday!
  • Christmas shutdown
