Temporary HR Officer for approx 2 weeks - Stratford - Education sector
Immediate start
Salary - GBP12ph
9.00am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday
My client is moving to a new online HR system and need a candidate with HR experience that can help run the project as well as do the manual inputting from one system to another.
HR Officer:
Upload template files onto new system for HR related documents such as example contracts of employment, offer letters, variation letters, and other recruitment documentation
Create a summary document to show HR process with flowchart and relevant checklists
Type all staff information into new online HR system and upload employment records per employee
Identify any missing information per employee that needs to be sourced and uploaded at a future date
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy
Any other ad hoc duties as requiredCandidate:
Essential skills - accurate typing skills, good attention to detail
Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in a HR Officer role or similar
Experience dealing with different regions within a HR position
