The role of a Service Coordinator is an important role within our business as you are responsible for the service aspects of the branch, you maybe customer facing, candidate facing or being the face of our business out of hours.
This job is varied and there are many job responsibilities to this position, you will provide vital support to our teams,
Duties to include:
* Previous recruitment experiences an advantage
* Branch Admin
* Candidate attraction
* Recruitment and selection
* Booking fulfilment
* Skill set matching
* Be experienced in Microsoft Office
* Honest and reliable approach
* Driven, Dynamic with a passionate can-do attitude
* 24 hour call out
* Site Service visits
* Organising and planning, with attention to detail
* KPI's
* Must have own car
Have a willingness to learn and want to strive for continued improvement, you will need to relish a challenge, love dealing with people and be able to work under pressure. In return we shall offer, full training, career progression and real rewards.
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 starting
Pension - NEST
Bonus - life of anything brought in
Annual bonus - If budget is achieved
Profit Share - after successful period
Own car required Laptop and phone provided
