HR Business Parting (6 month FTC) - North Somerset - GBP40,000-GBP50,000 (Pro Rata)
HR Business partner required to join a global leading aerospace component manufacturer in North Somerset for a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be working in a friendly, fast-paced environment,
The successful HR Business Partner will have a "hands on" approach to work and will manage all aspects of ER casework, supporting the Senior Management team.
We are looking for someone who is a genuine partner to the business and who can get involved with managing the day to day operational tasks as well as providing strategic support to the relevant areas.
The Role:
To pragmatically apply your HR and business knowledge to support the business.
To drive alignment between HR & Business Strategy.
Support the implementation of HR policy and procedures to drive performance.
Pro-actively coach and support the line managers.
Manage and lead on sensitive and complex ER cases.
Understand the principles of employee engagement and how to maximise individual and team performance.
Be experienced in all aspects of the employment life cycle.
Worked in partnership with Union representatives.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in HR Management or CIPD L7 (or equivalent).
Experience working in a unionised environment would be highly beneficial.
Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential.
The Package:
Salary - GBP40,000-GBP50,000 (pro rata)
10% pension
33 days holiday (pro rata)
