A growing Homecare business based in Croydon has enjoyed another year of growth with an internal Headcount of 25 staff. Due to the addition of a new Division we're looking for a targeted and self managed Internal Recruiter to take on the challenge of a 2 way agenda
1) Clinical hires - Paediatric Nursing, HCA's and Home carers are the subject matter and with such huge demand for candidates - we're looking for a pipeline builder. How can we attract? How can we maintain? How can we beat our competition?
2) Graduate Academy - with a large aspect of account management and recruitment set within the Healthcare delivery side, we're looking to build an academy.
So in essence we're looking for a candidate who is based in Healthcare recruitment and has direct sourcing experience of specialist Nurses, ANP's and HCA's who wants to grow in to a role. You'll be staging training days, social media accounts and direct candidate screenings.
Alternatively an Internal professional with assessment centre, Academy creation exposure who would like to learn the medical specialisms.
This will be busy, hard work, and a very demanding market place so you will need absolute desire to make this work. This isn't a few perm placements to cover, this will be multiple hires each week. Reporting directly to the MD of the business - in essence you'll become core to the growth of this business
