Recently establishing ourselves in our brand-new city centre offices, we are currently undergoing a period of rapid growth following significant investment and are on the lookout for a number of individuals to support us on the new phase of our journey.
Our already successful sales team is looking to recruit further Key Account members to be responsible for assisting with managing a selection of accounts, providing a recruitment service to Clients, Coordinating all administrative duties whilst delivering exceptional, award winning customer service to candidates.
Specific responsibilities of your role will include:
- Proactively resourcing suitable candidates, using job site databases, LinkedIn Recruiter Licences, social networking sites and our internal headhunting team
- Arranging and booking all interviews, providing candidates with full information on their scheduled interview, prepping them with vital information and having in-depth conversations after interview to obtain feedback
- Proactively managing your own time to be able to thrive in an environment where no two days will be the same
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate - all that we ask is that you have strong IT skills, a good standard of English and a friendly, outgoing personality.
While experience in recruitment or account management would be beneficial, we’re also keen to hear from people with transferable skills. What’s most important to us is that our new team members are hardworking professionals who have the communication skills to build strong relationships and a desire to progress within a fast-growing company.
