The Role
Just a few of the things you'll be responsible for as a Customer Experience Executive:
- Maintaining and building relationships with key accounts including exhibitors, sponsors and speakers, pro-actively engaging and working with them to increase return on investment across the event portfolio
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Management and development of VIP and executive programmes
- Carrying out the company's customer experience project onsite and make notes for improving their customer processes
The experience you'll need to have
- 1+ years' experience in retail, customer service or hospitality
- A pro-active, can do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- A confident phone manner
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
