This role will have full accountability to CFO of Global eCom for all relevant activity related to the FIS/WP combination, specifically the revenue synergies. The primary objective of the role is to have a dedicated resource working closely with the Sales Enablement team and the IMO in tracking, reporting, driving accountability and planning for the identified revenue synergies.
As with all roles that sit in the Finance Partner FP&A model, this role will have a focus on value creation and will need to consider both internal and external parameter. Success will be measured by ability to own end to end finance programme activity and provide timely, accurate updates to all key stakeholders in addition to ensuring alignment on projections across eCom Finance and the Global eCom line of business.
How you will contribute?
You will engage in all WP/FIS integration activity specific to driving identified Global eCom synergies which will include; geographic market expansion (both net new and acceleration), cross sell of Global eCom products into FIS customer back book, cross sell of FIS productions and services into the Global eCom back book and the improvement/optimization of authorization rates to drive incremental revenue.
You will ensure synergies across net revenue, operating costs, CAPEX and associated KPIs, ensuring the alignment/avoiding duplication of double count between BAU and Synergy to ensure all teams are working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Why you?
You will have a tech or large corporate background and is used to matrix organisational structure and working with extended teams without formal direct line management. Having done business partnering to a commercial or sales function, ideally at a tech company .
You will have a strong academic background with first time passes on CIMA or ACA and will have demonstrated working on Revenue P&L, ideally across geographies and is comfortable with FX translation, multi-product etc.
You will also have the ability to drive commercial value through best in class partnerships with Global eCom stakeholders and can navigate through ambiguity and deliver outcomes in line with vision and mission of Global FP&A organisational model.
