Senior Service Advisor
Our client, a busy prestige franchised dealership in Hindhead, Surrey are seeking to appoint a Senior Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team.
Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers who require their vehicles servicing/maintaining.
Your duties will include:
- You will assist the Service Manager and generally be a guiding force within the Service Department and driving the daily CSI, therefore previous experience within a similar role, or eagerness for a step up to a more senior position is required, alongside a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner
- To ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face
- Managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles
- Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
