Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Bilingual Export Coordinator to deal with managing customer orders, shipments and hauliers to enable dispatch dates are met within the import/export sector.
This is a full time permanent position that will offer longevity and opportunity.
Hours of work are business hours with an early finish on a Friday.
Duties:
* Processing customer orders to meet dispatch dates and targets
* Coordination of stock to ensure orders are met and effective stock management to ensure slow moving stock is minimized and stockholding targets are met
* Responsible for resolving any customer complaints from receipt or order, taking ownership and resolve to a high standard
* Providing customer service excellence and information on all aspects such as forecasting, stock deletion rates and market information
* Ensuring stock available for orders to be completed on time and send samples to customers
* Reporting as and when required
* Preparing export documents in line with HMRC/Embassy and Chambers of Commerce
* Updating company records in relation of import and exporting
* Attending trade fairs when required
* Liaising with internal departments such as sales, finance, marketing, planning and production to ensure excellent customer service
* Resolving any issues in terms of stock, orders, and shipments
Experience:
* Must have at least 2 years' experience within a customer serve in an export/shipping environment is advantageous
* Proficient in use of SAP or another ERP database
* Languages are also advantageous: Preferably Asian, Spanish, German or French
* MS Office packages competent
