Contract Personnel are currently collaborating with a popular Norwich city centre Gastropub in their hunt for an experienced and skilled General Manager.
This upmarket gastronomical venue plays host to an eclectic range of guests and prides itself on its ability to cater for drinkers and foodies alike.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the restaurant
Managing a large team including rotas, holiday & sickness
Opening and Closing due diligence
Financial Management
Liaising with the kitchen team
Recruitment and training
Problem solving
Stock ordering and rotation
maintaining up to date industry knowledge (Products/trends/markets)
Being 'hands on', on the restaurant floor and bar
Benefit:
Salary of up to GBP30,000 per annum
