We are currently looking for two Recruitment Resourcer's to join our Automotive or Manufacturing divisions at our Lower Earley office.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will join our Training Academy, where we will mentor and coach you from day one of your career. You will receive full training on how to find the perfect candidate for your position and learn about the whole life cycle of recruitment.
Our recruitment training is bespoke, and we have two dedicated In-house Trainers who will be on hand to support you throughout your career with Orion.

What is the role?
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your core activity will be to learn how to become proficient in the fundamentals of recruitment by providing candidate resourcing support, recruitment, and lead generating. Working within a team you will be working under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Team Manager.
What are we looking for?
You don't have to be an experienced sales person to be considered but we are looking for people who are a motivated self-starter and hungry for success!
You will have an excellent telephone manner, good written English and PC knowledge are also ideal for this role.
