We have an exciting opportunity to join a large law firm in the Midlands as a Legal Secretary / Audiotypist at their Mansfield office. This is a great position for a friendly and assured individual who will commit to helping the firm continue their excellent services.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Current or recent experience within a Legal Firm
Experienced at audiotyping documents
Ability to work across the number of different case files
Good telephone manner and oral communication
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a busy environment whilst producing consistently excellent work.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Receiving and transferring incoming phone calls to departments
Greeting and attending all office visitors
Providing secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners
Typing/word processing from dictation and audio files
Maintaining the case management system
Assist in the training of new recruits
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is GBP16,000 - GBP18,000
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30
