Hours of Work:          8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with a one hour daily lunch break

The Role.  Our Support Services Division provides a broad portfolio of centralised enabling functions to colleagues operating throughout the UK.  Based in our headquarters in Lincoln, the small but highly regarded team are responsible for advising on and delivering Human Resources, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Security and H&S activities across the business.  We are now seeking an experienced individual with demonstrable leadership and professional qualities to continue to build team capabilities and to ensure our support functions are suitably positioned to best enable exciting growth and expansion opportunities. 

The Person. This will be a varied, interesting and highly visible senior role right at the heart of our multiple award winning Sunday Times Top 100 business and consequently it demands an experienced individual with demonstrable leadership and professional qualities, including a depth and breadth of experience leading multi-function teams in commercial environments.  It is essential that you have expertise in a range of the professional areas covered by the Support Services team and possess a willingness to broaden your professional skills to lead the full remit of the services covered by the Division.  As a senior head of department within Inzpire, you will work at all levels of the Company, including regular contact with the Board, daily cooperation with other senior managers, provide specialist advice to business development opportunities, and get hands-on and assist with operational delivery - therefore you should be able to demonstrate that you have a history of building and maintaining highly successful professional relationships across businesses.  You will need the strategic vision to influence long term planning, the operational focus to deliver in-year business plans and the financial experience to manage department budgets.  We also have a number of larger projects in the pipeline therefore experience of planning, implementing and successfully embedding new capabilities and change programs would be beneficial.  

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant will be required to complete National Security Vetting which will require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
