Resident Liaison Officer
Embark are proud to be working with an industry-leading contractor in the Social Housing sector. Our client specialises in planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance, as well as the delivery of major works.
If you are a motivated individual with drive and passion for the industry, previous experience in a customer/public facing role within the social housing sector, and excellent administration skills, then this opportunity may be just for you!
You will:
?? Ensure that the residents' experience is the best it can be through excellent customer service, maintaining our client's strong reputation and recommendations.
?? Be a proud ambassador for community engagement and social value.
?? Work collaboratively as part of the site team to deliver the required services in line with the contract requirements following company policy and procedures.

?? Customer focused and orientated.
?? Excellent at personal time management.
?? Able to deal with any issues/complaints in a calm and professional manner.
?? Have excellent interpersonal and written skills.
?? Professional in your general outlook and attitude.
?? Organised with excellent administration skills.
?? Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
Requirements:
?? At least 12 months' experience in a customer service or public facing role, in the social housing sector.
?? Strong knowledge of administration, methods of reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Qualifications:
?? Construction Skills Certificate Card [CSCS]
?? Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme [SSSTS]
?? First Aid qualification
?? Full clean driving license and access to suitable vehicle to drive for work purposes.
