We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join the UK Sales Team in Bristol. As one of our Account Managers you are responsible for the renewal and retention of our existing client base through relationship building and improving product usage across our school community. You will also be responsible for supporting the new business team by introducing other 3P products to these clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing the existing territory client renewal and growth plan
- Proactively working with existing clients, looking at opportunities and driving engagement and usage of our products
- Actively targeting and taking advantage of all renewal, upsell and cross sell opportunities with the existing client base.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience of account management achieved ideally within the education or SaaS marketplace
- Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
