About Us
We are TwentyTwenty, a charity dedicated to building bright futures for young people. We help 11 – 24 year olds who find themselves disadvantaged and disengaged to achieve sustained further education or employment.
We provide support through a range of integrated projects that utilise our award-winning Lifeskills centres based in Derby and Leicester. Each centre is a true learning community and a supportive hub where students meet with teachers, counsellors, mentors and local business volunteers who are all committed helping them succeed.
We’re currently looking for a Functional Skills Teacher to deliver Maths, English and ICT lessons at our Lifeskills Centre in Derby.

- Get young people ready to pass formal exams up to Level 2
- Mark and assess classroom work, coursework and exams
- Effectively manage behaviour and resolve any classroom conflict

- An excellent awareness of disadvantaged NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) young people’s needs/concerns and the ability to engage them
