Lettings Administrator - Wandsworth
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
GBP27,000 PA
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to cover a maternity role for one year. The individual we are looking for needs to have 2-3 years experience and be very organised.
Working in a small lettings team you will supporting the lettings manager, working in a busy and vibrant office,
Database training will be given on Vebra Alto and Veco although the ideal candidate would be ARLA qualified. The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure when the need arises plus the following:-
* Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof reading skills are required
* Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative
* Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner
* Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
* Good customer relations and communication skills are required
* Team player
The Role:
* Assisting the lettings team
* Using Veco to upload property details and client information
* Administration of all Valuations and property
* Preparing property details including arranging photography
* Organising property boards & window display
* Management of gas safety system, arranging gas safety's when due
* Chasing gas safety certificated and sending copies to Landlords and tenants
* Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents.
* Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists at all times.
* Weekly stationery ordering via the online stationery system
* Maintaining key system, including daily checks and signing keys in and out to contractors and other agents
* Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details as and when necessary
* Advertising - preparing and proof-reading all adverts for all weekly and monthly publications
* Production of lettings documents
* General administration duties and canvassing
