I am currently looking for Multi-Skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer, with qualifications in Engineering & manufacturing maintenance knowledge with the proven ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
You will ensure plant and equipment downtime is kept to a minimum and building upkeep is maximised through efficient response times.
On a daily basis you will be involved in planned preventative maintenance, plant reliability improvements, reactive breakdown repairs and on-going project installations. You will be involved in continuous improvements, data acquisition and analysis, whilst maintaining and developing a positive attitude towards costs, quality and health and safety.
You will ideally have experience in a fast moving process and packaging environment, with the ability to solve engineering problems on various PLC automated machines and process applications, such as inverters and drives, electrical, mechanical and pneumatically controlled machines.
You will be qualified to ONC or HND / HNC in a related discipline - ideally Mechanical, Maintenance, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering, and be qualified to at least 17th / 18th Edition.
