We are a Professional Services company in the Business Intelligence and Analytics field within the Finance, Retail, Insurance, Telecom, Asset Management and Pharmaceutical sectors. We have assisted many of our clients throughout their journey and we strive to provide solutions to fulfil their business goals and achievements.

Orcan Intelligence is looking for an enthusiastic marketing manager to implement and drive strategic marketing across all delivery channels for Orcan Intelligence. We are based in London and this role is a fully autonomous role and will cover a range of campaigns within the Data Science & AI, Business Intelligence and Data Engineering sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires that the marketing manager develops and implements marketing strategies across two delivery channels. The two delivery channels which you will focus on are the Community Building' and Client focus'.

General Business Marketing Overview

Work with senior members to implement business strategies and clear missions

Work with the business to understand and possibly redefine our practice areas, prospect markets and fields by implementing marketing strategies

Community Building in Advanced Analytics Marketing

Mapping and redefining the candidate journey and building a robust target audience profile

Building and implementing content strategies in order to develop our candidate portfolio by using different mediums such as Linkedin

Running different campaigns on appropriate mediums

Create and manage Linkedin Groups within the core specialisms

Bi-weekly blogging and articles via Linkedin and Orcan website on contemporary topics in order to engage with our community

Digital marketing - nurturing and restructuring our social media presence and using this platform to facilitate awareness within the community

Client focused Marketing

Mapping and redefining the client journey experience and the target audience

Using different campaigns to launch content for the different markets and sectors ie Financial Industry, Pharmaceuticals etc

Further developing and utilising the marketing Lead Generation tool already used at Orcan to client map and to help build content accordingly

Actively engage key internal stakeholders to implement new and modified programs and initiatives

Advise the sales and consultant team on how to leverage the marketing with clear sales enablement assets

Manage and analyse results of all marketing programs and recommend changes to approach based on performance

Ensure all budget allocation drives ROI and the campaign expenditures are reported

Desired Skills and Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing minimum

2-3 years' experience working as a Marketing Manager

Previously worked in a tech company or consulting company is highly desirable

Demonstrate experience in marketing, including experience in marketing strategy development

Experience in planning multichannel marketing campaigns

B2B Commercial experience is essential

Experience using Linkedin and Google analytics is desirable

Experience with Google AdWords/PPC campaigns is desirable

Team-orientated and also highly motivated self-starter who is happy to work in a start-up culture and willing to develop the marketing team from scratch

Effective communication (Verbal and written) skills - ability to adapt communication style by audience and situation & proficient in MS Office packages
