Repairs Contract Manager
Immediately Required
Salary: GBP(phone number removed) per annum + fantastic company benefits
Location: Bristol
Our client, a well-respected housing association is looking for an experienced Repairs Contracts Manager on a permanent contract. This role will be responsible for managing their responsive repairs and empty home contracts.
Day to day duties:
* Manage the contract and establish and maintains partnership working
* Build and maintain contractor relationships
* Ensure a high standard of service delivery
* Manage SLAs and KPIs and identify new opportunities
* Oversee and allocate budgets across the directorate
* Monitor, manage and deliver health and safety, regulatory and compliance functions within the responsive repairs function
Essential Skills
* Educated to HNC or equivelant
* Membership of RICS or CIOB
* Health and Safety Qualification
* Managing Asbestos P405
* Experience of managing contracts, including preparation of tenders and contracts
* Strong budget management experience
