Graduate Building Surveyor
Location - Marylebone
Salary - GBP30,000 + Benefits
My client is a building consultancy with a wealth of experience across 10 different sectors and 15 cities nationally and internationally. They have seen massive expansion in their office in Central London and are looking to take on an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to work primarily in their commercial team, shadowing their senior surveyor and undertaking a number of professional services. The ideal candidate will have a RICS Accredited Degree with some relevant experience in Surveying looking for an opportunity in our nation's capital.
The Role of Graduate Building Surveyor
Main Duties Include:
Contract Administration
Defect Analysis
Project Management
Writing Job Specifications
Due Diligence
Experience Required:
At least 6 months' experience within Building Surveying
RICS Accredited Degree
UK Driving Licence ideal but not essential
