  • Lead a globally distributed HR business partner team, demonstrating exceptional care, situational leadership and ability to coach and develop team members and nurture an engaged, inclusive and high performing team
  • Advise and coach various senior business leaders and leadership teams to cultivate a values-based culture and build and implement a holistic people strategy, enabling realisation of growth aspirations internationally
  • Partner closely with the global expansion executive and cross functional planning team to prepare for market launch into new countries and markets; build trusted partnership and relationships rapidly
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring engines are established for new markets and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure Slalom employees have an exceptional employee experience and love of work and life
  • Be proficient in local laws and practices to enter into new markets and lead through change across Australia, Japan and various European countries
  • As a member of the People SLT, contribute to launching global people strategy, programs and initiatives to modernise people functions and capability to support business growth to 10,000+ employees over the next few years.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of Human Resources experience across various HR disciplines and functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Generalist/Line HR, Total Rewards) and on a global scale; international HR experience is a must
  • Minimum 10 years of team and organisation leadership experience in a global environment
  • Inspiring leader with IQ and EQ, courage and conviction; understands what motivates people and builds an engaged, inclusive, high-performing team
  • Strong business acumen and systems thinker
  • Proven experience in leading business and organizational transformations, developing and implementing large scale projects and change initiatives
  • Ability and desire to helicopter from shaping vision and demonstrating strategic thinking to driving execution excellence
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of the company
  • Influences up, down, and across the organization by virtue of deep and evident subject matter expertise and a highly collaborative, inspirational leadership style. Skilled at getting individuals, teams, and an entire organization to perform at a higher level and embrace change
  • Strong collaborator with all people functions and other Global Services teams
  • Comes across as a learner, not a knower. Is optimistic, confident (but not arrogant) and loves to help others grow
  • 35-40% business travel required in the first year
