Our client is a well-known healthcare company that have recently gone through substantial growth
The roles: They have a need for a Regional HR Advisor to assist in covering 30 sites in the South of the UK (London and below). This is a great role for a person with some HR / ER experience who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progress very quickly
Key responsibilities
* Travel to various locations within the southern region (approx. 50% of the time)
* Relationship building
* HR reporting,
* ER support (culture, retention, D&G etc), via phone, email and face to face
* Responsible for employee engagement surveys (compiling/ chasing/ interpreting) ,
* All aspects of recruitment (strategy, advice, selections, interviews etc) to various locations and execution of recruitment),
* Assist staff in navigating IT systems, new processes etc
* General HR administration
Person Spec
* A proven relationship builder,
* A good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely).
* Able to work on their own
Skills & qualifications
* Experience within an HR role (some ER experience)
* Able to travel/ drives and has a car
* Strong attention to detail
