Experience in a community development, social value or CSR role
You can be from construction, civil engineering, charity or education background
Experience contributing to bids and tenders is desirable too!
What will you be doing as Social Value Manager?
A normal day as Social Value Manager will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, speaking with local councils, organisations, and training groups. You'll also assist the bid teams when tendering for future building projects, assisting them specifically with the social value elements of the applications. You'll also get involved with incentives and programmes that involve the local community, attending training events and council meetings. Having previous experience attending meetings and presenting information will come in hand for when you're meeting with the senior management team too.
