Senior Town Planner - Maidstone

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Our client, a leading consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Town Planner to work out of their offices just North of Maidstone. The company deliver expert planning services to their clients, predominantly in the telecoms sector, and have network of offices across the UK.
Qualifications:
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with Chartered Membership to the RTPI and demonstrable experience working within a similar planning role. Due to the travel commitments involved with the role a full UK drivers licence is essential.
Duties:
Managing a variety of planning projects and preparing and submitting applications for utilities, infrastructure, residential and commercial developments
Liaising with clients and local authorities
Gathering evidence for appeals
Negotiating site acquisition leases and licenses
