Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major Public Sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an role of Marketing officer for 4-8 Weeks of contract based in High Wycombe.

ROLE DETAILS

Job Title: Marketing officer

Duration: 4-8 Weeks

Location: High Wycombe

Rate: GBP14.62 (Insider IR35)

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:

• To assist the Marketing Team in the production of marketing materials, online and in print, to raise the profile of the University.
• To promote the portfolio of courses offered by the University ensuring information is current and engaging. This may involve collating and organising information, copywriting and proof-reading, and managing the production process.
• To manage the collation and sending of promotional e-communications, using databases for subscriber information and working with various teams within the University to source information, ensuring that communications are delivered on time.
• To assist with campaign planning and fulfilment, working with the external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• To assist with campaign analysis to inform future activity.
• To ensure consistency of the Bucks New University brand across all aspects of marketing activity for both internal and external projects ensuring that the University's Style Guide and Brand Guidelines are followed.
• To represent the University at events including open days and recruitment fairs.
• To support marketing activity across the University including other departments, such as Research institutes and centres and other directorates.
• To assist the Marketing Team in analysing market information and recommending improvements to support the development of key initiatives and campaigns. This may extend to researching new course proposals, competitor analysis and industry trends, working in close liaison with the Market Analyst and other key stakeholders.
• To carry out any reasonable requests from the Assistant Director, Brand and Marketing and Marketing Manager commensurate to the grade of the post.
