We are on the lookout for a Google certified PPC Manager to be an integral of our established but growing team and support the ongoing expansion of the paid search department.

Job Role:

Google certified PPC Manager

This role will be vital in delivering further PPC progress and the ambitions of the overall business strategy. You will take ownership of crafting and putting into practice our technical PPC strategies, both for clients and our own assets. Here, you have the opportunity to come in and shape your own PPC team, implementing processes and procedures for new and existing clients, ad delivery for self-promotion of the agency, and to be the link in the chain to support training, development and future growth.

Our digital team is diverse and dedicated, creating a fresh, exciting work environment that looks for progressive thinking, new ideas and promoting an entrepreneurial spirit.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional PPC campaigns for our current and any new clients
  • Being the technical head of the department to anticipate and address any arising issues
  • Implement new or adapt existing processes to ensure superb campaign performance and levels of client ROI
  • Ensuring all campaigns are set up to be goal-focused, and ensuring measures are in place to ensure the delivery of all set KPIs on a given project
  • Rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in at all levels of implementation
  • Training and development of our PPC executives
  • Technical and directorial support for the project management team
  • Working alongside our web development and CRO team to ensure landing pages and web experiences are converting as high as possible
  • Assisting in the response to and creation of tenders and proposals
  • Identifying new area of PPC to move into or best practice techniques to enhance our offerings to our clients and for us commercially as an agency
  • Implementing new innovations while influencing and helping the senior management team with the latest PPC developments.
  • Communicating technical PPC solutions to stakeholders of a non-technical mind or background.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Experienced in PPC management & direct implementation (3+ years)
  • Google AdWords certifications
  • Experience in managing a team of PPC executives
  • Passionate and experienced in PPC (Google Search + Display, Facebook and Instagram min. - other platforms such as Bing, LinkedIn and programmatic desirable but not essential)
  • Strong experience in utilising and setting up Google Analytics to monitor campaign ROI
  • Keyword research, such as Keyword Planner and more
  • Strategic nature - You can rise above the day-to-day and think deeply about customers and their digital experience, seeing the world through their customer's eyes
  • A team player, who utilises their time budget within not just the PPC team, but across the agency as a whole
  • An experienced innovator and leader, with a proven track record of high quality, effective delivery
  • Able to apply strong business, technical and leadership skills with a view to delivering high quality, commercially viable solutions through collaboration and continuous progression
  • Commercially aware with business acumen, and the ability to critically review internal operations for maximum profitability
  • Be creative and analytical
  • Friendly and confident with a proactive attitude
  • Have a laugh and don't take yourself too seriously!

This role offers the successful candidate an incredibly rare chance to develop our existing PPC team in a fast moving, growing and friendly workspace. We have modern offices in the heart of Trafford Park and offer great company benefits such as 29-days holiday incl. bank holidays (+1 day for each year of service and your birthday off), company pension scheme, AXA private healthcare, flexible working hours and early Friday finishes, not to mention AMAZING Christmas parties!

This type of opportunity does not come around very often, offering the right candidate the chance to develop their own organic team in an established yet growing digital agency.
