Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef

Situated on the banks of the River Ness, our 5* Ness Walk Hotel are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie & Junior Sous Chef to their existing Bridgade. This 47 bedroomed Hotel newly opened in June 2019 which is a stunning Hotel offering luxury to our Guests.

Alongside bedrooms we have our new Torrish Restaurant which on a busy evening can serve up to 50-60 covers.

The menu at Torrish is curated by our Brigade on influences and flavours from throughout the world. This produces a menu that is filled with curiosity, diversity and adventure. The Team, work daily with local producers to harvest the best crops and source the best to ensure our Guests have an amazing dining experience.

We are looking for someone who has the passion and culinary enthusiasm to join our Team. Our function suite can cater for up to 80 guests.

You will be required to work straight shifts, full-time and permanent position 46 hours over 5 days.

Once we are up to a full team we are hoping to move towards working 4 days with 3 days off so 12 hour shifts over the 4 days.

This is such a great opportunity for a strong Commis Chef looking for career progression in such a prestigious Hotel or a strong Chef De Partie looking take a step up the ladder in a kitchen with fresh produce some of which from our Garden and be able to prepare fresh dishes with the creative flare.

Temporary live-in accommodation at our Sister Hotel Kingsmills can be provided on a short term to allow the successful candidate to find accommodation to rent in the City.

Branded Chef whites will be provided along with Trousers/Aprons and Safety Footwear.
