Our client is a modern social business. As a proud provider of social housing, they manage over 9,000 properties across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Formed in 2003, they were previously known as North Hertfordshire Homes.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Housing to take the lead on the delivery of services to their customers. 

The Director of Housing will lead the housing, home ownership, income, lettings, retirement and temporary accommodation teams.  You will work closely with residents, the maintenance service and customer contact centre and will aim to create a joined-up easy to use service for all residents. 

As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to our client’s strategy and the way they are led, championing the customer and applying a collaborative and flexible approach.  This role really is at the heart of their operations.

Our client is looking for a leader, with strong technical housing knowledge, who is passionate about housing and looking to join a progressive organisation.  A proactive, visible and engaging leader, you must be able to share your housing experience with your team, inspiring colleagues and encouraging an open and honest approach.
