They now have an opportunity available for a Direct Delivery Trainer to join them to support the successful delivery of sector specific training programmes to the one or more of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP priority sector on the ESF Skills Support for the Workforce contract.
Our client is looking to recruit a trainer in the following areas:
• Business admin
• Customer Service
• Lean Management
Example courses they are looking to offer include diplomas in Team leading, Retail, Customer Service, Business Admin, Management and Hospitality at levels 2 and 3, however, they are not limited to these areas and would consider other areas of delivery.
You will support learners through delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, relevant information, advice and guidance and 1-2-1 support where needed to achieve individual goals and learning aims.
With appropriate Training and Assessing qualifications and a subject specialist qualification at a minimum of level 3, candidates should have experience within a similar role and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment to strict deadlines while meeting targets. Industry related experience in specified sector or with an employer engagement-based role is essential.
1.0 FTE, 52 weeks, fixed term until July 2021
