Deputy Packhouse Manager.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK’s leading brassica growers on its 7,000-acre farm based in Cornwall.  Due to our continued expansion, Riviera Produce are now recruiting for two key positions.  

Deputy Packhouse Manager.  The successful candidate must be able to work in a pressurised environment, enthusiastic and able to work in a team. Key skills: highly organised, able to lead and manage teams of 40 plus people to achieve production results within deadlines. Excellent communication skills are vital as you will need to coach and train employees to achieve performance targets. Oversee packing machinery would be desirable.
