Contract Type: Full Time, 37 Hours per Week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term for 13 months

During which you will earn and learn with practical on-the-job-training, gaining real experience, with real responsibilities to allow you to develop your skills and talents - but don’t worry our experienced team will be on hand to support you all the way. The Helpzone team is a busy, customer-focused environment in which to work and support cross-college initiatives. You will support team taking front line enquiries and have data entry duties which will involve working closely with staff and members of the public. You will provided with supervision and support at all times, working both within the Helpzone and on the college reception desks on a rota basis.

You will undertake a level 2 Business Administration qualification on a day-release basis and will be fully supported with guidance and on-the-job training throughout the length of your apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will have GCSE English and maths and experience within a customer service environment. The ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person and by telephone is essential.

You will be of professional appearance, able to respond to changing working hours and tasks and have a logical approach to problem solving.
