What’s more, we have a dedicated sales function who bring the business in, so you won’t be required to sell; your focus will be to maintain existing relationships that have already been built or initiated. 

Your Role 

As a Campaign Account Manager, you’ll be managing recruitment advertising campaigns to ensure successful outcomes for our client base. 

Working with a wide range of different companies, you’ll work closely with our clients manage going campaigns, and monitor performance. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Liaise with clients to discuss vacancy requirements 
- Work with our copywriting team to create first-class adverts 
- Review and shortlist applications using our proprietary software 
- Proactively search for suitable candidates 
- Seek feedback on candidate suitability 
- Maintain up-to-date records on our CRM system 

About You: 

To be considered as a Campaign Account Manager, you will need: 

- Experience in a recruitment environment 
- A passion for delivering great service to clients 
- Excellent communication skills 
- A great telephone manner
