Regional Facilities Manager
Birmingham
GBP34,000 (Will be broken down to an hourly rate)
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to work within Birmingham with some occasional travel required.
Duties
Manage and monitor staff welfare
Ensuring the commercial processes are followed at all times
Daily management of CAFM ensuring all PPMs and reactive tasks are completed on
Attend monthly management / client meetings
Prepare and submit monthly reports
Prepare and submit quotations
Experience
Experience of the facilities management marketplace
Experience of first line management
Knowledge of service delivery
Experience of budgeting and costing
Knowledge of Health and Safety (IOSH)
Travel
Visiting additional sites in:
Oxford (Visit weekly)
London (Visit twice a month on average)
Crawley (visit once a month on average)
