CRANE SUPERVISOR / BANKSMAN / SLINGER (CPCS)

I am looking for a Banksman/Slinger to start on a medium sized new build project in Edinburgh City Centre. The ideal candidate will also hold a Crane Supervisor ticket. The rate of pay will depend on tickets held by the individual candidate so please do get in touch for more information.
KEY SKILLS
- BANKSMAN/SLINGER CPCS CARD
- EXPERIENCE WORKING ALONGSIDE TOWER CRANE
- CRANE SUPERVISOR TICKET PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL (HIGHER RATE NEGOTIABLE WITH THIS)
As you will be working for a sub-contractor the ideal deal candidate will be flexible to assist the current team with the banking and slinging of vehicles and loads. If you are a Crane Supervisor, this will be your main role but you will be required to muck in and assist with banking/slinging if required and during breaks.
There are 2 positions available here so please do apply if you have your CPCS Banksman/Slinger ticket only OR if you have Banksman/Slinger AND Crane Supervisor tickets. You must have Banksman/Slinger as a minimum requirement.
The site is running for the next 12 months. It is a new build project with 2 tower cranes. You will work alongside a variety of trades so must have good health & safety knowledge, excellent communication skills and be willing to work as part of a wider team.
