Our client is a successful and established water treatment company, who deliver a wide range of water treatment / water hygiene and legionella services to a large portfolio of clients throughout the UK. They are now seeking the services of an experienced Water Treatment Accounts/Business Development Manager based in the West Midlands area. The right candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and a proven track record of developing and growing water treatment accounts through the upselling of services. Considerations will be given to applicants from Coventry, Stafford, Birmingham, Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a strong chemical, sales, commercial and accounts background.
Experience working within an account management or business development role within the water industry.
Strong communication and management skills.
IT proficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Upselling of water treatment/water hygiene services to existing and new clients.
Creating new business through lead generation.
Preparation of new quotes and tenders.
Attending client meetings.
Management of cooling tower, steam boiler and closed system accounts
Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company's large portfolio of clients.
Achieve and maintain targets.
