MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING PRACTICE
Leading independent North-West Lancashire based building services consultancy are looking for a mechanical design engineer who can deliver a wide range of duties on wide ranging projects.
Your role will be to complete detailed design projects across all HVAC building services. The role will be very varied and you will also do survey work, clerk of works, client representative, asset management, report writing and associated duties.
The company has large and small commissions including a GBP30m new build and a GBP9M pure m&e services refurbishment scheme. They also have a number of smaller schemes with end user clients which makes for a very interesting workload.
They have very strong framework agreements with three large local clients which makes for a very stable, secure base allowing them to expand their business.
You will be a mechanical engineer ideally who lives locally and has a good level of experience within building services consultancy.
The work sectors are also varied and include schools, industrial facilities, retail outlets, large property companies and much more.
The company has embraced BIM and are working on several projects using REVIT MEP.
